4.12am @ The Gardens, Mid Valley KL & I am wide awake! Stomach feeling wierd maybe due to the McSpicy just now:s
Will be staying here for these few days. The good thing - there is free internet access in the room. The room & brekkie are fantastic. However, have only been here 2 days - 1 day set-up & 1st day of fair and it can be pretty energy zapping. The details to take care of can be lotsa but work is great so far:) The sad thing - you felt someone you care doesn't care, bother to call, share things anymore. With no understanding, it leads to disappointment. You want to upload pics from ur mb but realised the lappie does not have the specific programme installed:(
Haa break dawn thots...cross fingers & hope the next few days will be smooth.

Happy note!
Was cycling along ECP on a sat evening. Surprised with the serenity of it all with cooling sea breeze & warming sunset...
On the same Sat evening, visited Joan Bowen with nbs. A place that I told myself to check out after attending the workshop on diversity mgt. Impressed, impressive and truly awesome! I left the cafe feeling happier and more fulfilling. Life can be as simple as that. Every individual can contribute and it depends on how much the society is willing to embrace it.
Kudos to the fabulous team @ the cafe, the dinner is fantastic!

goodbye 2009, hello 2010
2009 was a rather exciting year with special moments & special ones. Did whitewater rafting, night cycling; attempted to learn swimming, jap; visited perth, taiwan & darwin; watched quite a couple of nice movies; shifted office frm the island to the gardens; witnessed 4 blissful weddings etc etc. It might sound mundane, but I truly treasure the goodness of family, friends & health in 2009!
In 20ten, I enter my 25th year of life. Our quiet consensus of eating more healthily, exercising more frequently and saving more consciously shall be kept at the back of the mind.
Having experienced a quarter century, I would like to cherish the next 5 years before hitting the big 3. A new slate, a new beginning, a new year~

We all know that we can get cheaper fancl stuff in the country of manufacture=) The fancl pdts that I collected frm this couple today @ compasspoint made my day! I think my 100 sin (6350 yen) for the various fancl pdts I got is well worth. Saved around 30 sin in total. Good thing is mr lee was paid allowance during his study trip there, thus he actually even had excess to spend on purchases....coolz!
Xj bought a small cutie bear + kitty post-it for me as gift:)
Here goes the sweet stuff that make my day happier...

never be so afraid of a tumble...
'Do not be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better. What if they are a little course, and you may get your coat soiled or torn? What if you do fail, and get fairly rolled in the dirt once or twice. Up again, you shall never be so afraid of a tumble.'

Luving Soufflé

A soufflé is a light, fluffy, baked dish made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients and served as a savory main dish or sweetened as a dessert. The word soufflé is the past participle of the French verb souffler which means "to blow up" or more loosely "puff up" — an apt description of what happens to this combination of custard and egg whites.
Every soufflé is made from 2 basic components:
1. a French Creme patissiere base/flavored cream sauce or purée
2. Egg whites beaten to a soft peak meringue.
The base provides the flavor and the whites provide the "lift". Foods commonly used for the base in a soufflé include jam, fruits, berries, chocolate, banana and lemon. When it comes out of the oven, a soufflé should be puffed up and fluffy, and will generally fall after 5 or 10 minutes (as risen dough does). - from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Souffl%C3%A9
Luving Soufflé - angmao version of soybean curd to me:)
